Drupal Core 7.5, 7.6 & 7.7 released

Yesterday and today no less that three point updates of Drupal Core was released.

Drupal 7.5 contains only a security update, Access bypass, and was classified as "Less critical" or level 2 out of 5 (the higher number, the higher risk).

Drupal 7.6 contains the above security fix, but also a number of bug fixes from v7.4.

One of those bug fixes caught out attention, but we can't really figure out what it does:

And the .install file for the test. You'd think I wouldn't forget that TWICE, but you would be wrong.

After the 7.6 release it was discovered that an error existed in the VERSION string, which had to be fixed, triggering the release of Drupal Core 7.7.

Drupal 7.7 can be downloaded from the Drupal Core project page, if you need the security fix 7.5 version, you'll find it on the View all releases page.
