Does your Drupal 7 .htaccess Redirect Correct?

The .htaccess file that comes with Drupal 7 was changed from the one in Drupal 6. Thomas discovered that it has resulted in an unwanted side-effect. Luckily it can be fixed easily. Read on to find out how.
